We deliver your goods within 2–7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the product and delivery address.

Shipping cost:
– Free shipping for purchases over 3000 SEK
– Fixed shipping 499 SEK for purchases under 3000 SEK

The shipping cost is always clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For larger deliveries, delivery is made by truck directly to your address. Someone needs to be present to receive the delivery.

For larger orders, delivery can sometimes be made directly from the factory at a more favorable price. Contact us at info@ekocell.se for a quote.

Payment is made via Klarna. You can choose between invoice, partial payment, or card payment.

All prices are stated in SEK including 25% VAT.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act from the date you received your order.

For a return to be approved, the goods must be in unchanged condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

You have a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
